Depending on your selected schedule, start the day early or opt for a later time — we also offer an exclusive sunrise option for the early risers.
Lake Louise
Upon arrival at our designated parking location near Lake Louise, your guide will share tips and must-see spots to make the most of your time. Enjoy up to two hours to explore however you choose: walk along the lakefront path, paddle a canoe, relax by the lakeshore, hike to a nearby viewpoint, or treat yourself at the luxurious Fairmont Chateau.
Moraine Lake
Next, we head to the stunning Moraine Lake. You’ll have another two hours to roam and experience this alpine wonderland. Climb the Rockpile trail for postcard-perfect views, wander along the lakeside trail, rent a canoe, or simply sit back and soak up the serenity. Your guide will be happy to provide recommendations to make your visit even more memorable.
Bonus Stop
Before returning home, we’ll include a surprise scenic stop — a hidden gem chosen by your guide — for one last touch of Rocky Mountain magic. Then we’ll head back to Banff, Canmore, or Harvie Heights and drop you off directly at your accommodation.

Traveling with Kids or Pets?
Child Safety Seats:
We want to make sure your little ones are safe and comfortable during the ride. If your child is 2 years or older, or weighs at least 40 lbs (18 kg), we can provide a forward-facing safety seat—just let us know in advance! For younger or smaller children (under 2 years old or under 40 lbs), a rear-facing infant seat is required, and we kindly ask that you bring your own.
If you're planning to bring a car seat, or would like us to provide one, please let us know ahead of time. You're welcome to leave the seat in the shuttle while you're exploring the lakes.
Bringing Pets?
Small pets: Absolutely! If your furry friend fits comfortably in a carry-on style cage and can stay on your lap, they’re more than welcome to join the ride.
Service animals: All service animals are welcome, no matter their size. Just give us a heads-up before your trip so we can be fully prepared to welcome them.
Cancellation Policy
Life happens—we get it! If you need to cancel or make changes to your private tour or transfer, just let us know at least 7 days in advance and we’ll happily offer a full refund or help reschedule your booking.
If it’s less than 7 days before your tour or transfer, we’re unable to provide a refund, and no-shows will also be non-refundable. For any special cases, check your confirmation email for details specific to your booking.
